Professional Qualifications and Eligibility

The injectable training courses at MedEsthet Experts (MEE) Training Center restricted to regulated health professionals (e.g. Doctors, Nurses, Dentists) in good standing in their regulating colleges. It is the responsibility of the trainee to make sure they hold the professional license with no restrictions on performing professional activities in Ontario. 

Practicing aesthetic medicine falls within the professional scope of practice in Ontario. RNs and RPNs must work under the authority of the Medical Director (MD, NP). Completing this course does not grant independent prescribing authority.

For non-medical professional trainees taking courses designed for Medical Aestheticians: all trainees should be legally residing in Canada, no special permit required for taking the course. However, individuals are responsible for their eligibility to practice in Ontario after completing any courses at MEE Training Center.             

Also, MEE Training Center is not liable for the individual’s independent practice after Taking the course.

Financial and Payment Terms

All prices and fees are subject for HST.

Full payment of all course fees or signed and executed payment arrangement agreement must be completed before you are granted access to any teaching materials including on-line modules or digital manuals. 

Course materials are the intellectual property of MEE Training Center for the sole use of the registered trainee and may not be shared or reproduced.

Cancellation and Refund

A refund of paid fees (minus a non-refundable administrative service fee) may be issued only if a written request is received before you have granted an access to the theoretical digital materials.

Once you have received access to any digital theoretical materials, no refund will be provided. 

No partial refunds are issued for the segments of the training not attended or completed once the course has commenced. If a trainee is unable to complete the hands-on clinical portion during their scheduled session, they have an opportunity to finish the training within six (6) months of the original start date. Re-scheduling for hands-on practice is subject to availability in future practice groups. Trainees will be placed in the next available “open spot” with another group.

Clinical and Professional Liability

During hands-on training, trainees shall be covered with their own professional liability. 

Also, MEE Training Center is not liable for the individual’s independent practice after taking a course.
